4.15.2009 - i][/iBakersfield police, probation dept, and sheriffs have repeatedly raided a house right across the street from us (will not release the house # here, but will upon request) and arrested at least 3 people. The house, a rental, is starting to become really delapidated, and between the physical looks of the house and the arrests, it's becoming more than just an eyesore--it's bringing down property values in a market that is already low to start with...there's children involved as well...can't we just have the house closed and boarded up, and the children referred to child protective authorities? I know this sounds heartless, but keeping minors in that house is not any better for them.... Just the other day, police attempted to arrest a couple people for a traffic incident, with one of them escaping and ducked into the house in question. The other was still at large, jumping fences right in our neighborhood. This has got to stop. I give high-fives to BPD for making the arrests next door, but that won't solve the problem. we need, as concerned neighbors, to put an end to the gangs and drug dealings going on right in our own yard, so to speak. C'mon, Bakersfield city dept...any suggestions, or do we have to play vigilantee and take matters into our own hands?

5.30.2009 - A couple weeks ago i got a sniper rifle from their company and it broke after like two uses... So i sent it back and they said they fixed so when i got it back it did the same exact thing!!!they won't do anything because my warranty is up.. Well duh that's because they took the gun and sent it back exactly the same. I still had to pay for shipping too

6.22.2009 - I am here to tell you the story about my son, Joshua. Joshua was found dead in Amsler Park/McGregor, Tx on February 16, 2006. McGregor PD did not investigate. I called former Interim Chief Molina on Feb. 22, to inquire into the progress of the investigation. He told me, "We don't begin an investigation until something suspicious is found."

6.27.2009 - My husband and I (both retired military) decided to leave our back-woods, gang infested, drug pushing neighborhood in NC to retire to a clean, safer environment where we could live out our lives in relative peace and safety. So we built a house in the Prescott, AZ area. In December of 2008 we discovered that our licensed, (and vetted by the bank) building contractor was taking the money from our building loan and using it to buy property for himself and pay for a spec home he was building at the same time. Once discovered, he freely admitted the theft and then promptly disappeared, leaving our home only half built.
