After months of standoff with the city, the Tree-sitters have finally faced reality. They have parked on a few trees that the city wanted to cut down, and in the process have forced the city to spend hundreds of thousand of our dollars on police, fire department, and other services, to maintain order and safety in the area. Today the city ended the saga, by moving-in under police protection to cut down the trees. Hopefully the city will find a better way to spend our money.
How about cleaning up the street?
