In August I went to Dr. Park for an urgent checkup- it turned out that he hadn't read my X-ray very carefully during my last visit six months before, and it turned out that the root of a tooth implant I had was killing the root of an adjacent healthy tooth.
His decision when I returned: I needed a root canal on my healthy tooth immediately, and then I needed oral surgery immediately to get a bone graft above the healthy tooth. He told me that this was the only thing that could be done to fix (his) mistake, and that it couldn't wait. I trusted him, got both procedures (both of which I was charged thousands of dollars for), and ended up with an abscess. Four months (and four rounds of antibiotics) later, I still have the abscess, and I need surgery again to correct the problem. I'm out thousands of dollars and will not be reimbursed by this floozy doctor!
