Tips and Strategies for Conflict Resolution
This program will deal with workplace conflicts that H.R. professionals see escalating between employees - how to defuse them, build rapport and guide people to taking responsibility for the solutions. Using a combination of lecture, discussion, exercises, and handouts, we will examine strategies and skills for dealing with strong emotions, listening on 3 levels, not getting caught in the middle and more.

About the Speaker
Kristy Bradish has been the Executive Director of the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center for nineteen years. She is an experienced mediator as well as a trainer of conflict resolution and mediation skills seminars. She also is an experienced facilitator for work groups and team building, conducting workshops on communication styles, and leadership skills for individuals, schools, churches, businesses and organizations. She has trained and coordinates a volunteer staff of 55 mediators who mediate over 450 cases a year with a 93% settlement rate. Kristy is a member of the National Association of Community Mediation, and Past President of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She has trained hundreds of people in her annual March Mediator Skills Training Class.
