Speak to the hand For three days and nights those residents in Chelsea Village living on the east border of the complex have to suffer the constant barking of the one hundred or so dogs participating in the show associated with " Genetic Diseases in the Labrador Retriever" seminar. Most of the aforementioned Chelsea Village residents have demanding schedules and require sufficient rest; we expect our local government to address such "quality of life" issues such as barking dog ordinances by enforcing such if there are any.

Every year the above show takes place and it is a noise nuisance as well as a health hazard due to the dog excrement left on Chelsea Village premises by those not honoring local laws who walk their dogs on our property. I am pist off justifiably so.

Very interesting! Sounds like a real nuisance. You should post this on the site (www.myCityscrewups.com), this way many people will read your posting and add comments and advice. Isn't there some city ordinance that you can forward this complaint to?

Can't you get all your neighbors to protest and be proactive about it as a group?

Pray I know how it feels. My neighbor has 2 dogs that constantly bark. I hope that there are city regulations that can be enforced. I wonder if we should complain to the police or to the city?

It is a real problem in many neighborhoods, and apartment buildings. I wonder if some federal /local regulations are needed. Why don't you put your complaint on the web, so many other "victims" could comment and take action?

Whistle Some people understand the problem only when it hits home. if you and your neighbors make the live of the trouble maker uncomfortable, he may well stop the noise.
